These are some of the small line drawings that Judy made to accompany the section headings. They were drawn no larger than a postage stamp to keep them simple and clear.

Printing interrupted

It is the very beginning of November when I discover with dismay that there is a misspelling in the Acknowledgements and three or four indexing mishaps. The indexing capabilities of InDesign will not conquer the world. I email frantically back & forth to the printers and the graphics man, pay a bit more money and pages are substituted; the mishaps are no more. Except for the ones that I haven’t discovered.

Delivery is delayed by a week. The books are scheduled to arrive just before Christmas.
